  • Program Overview

    Banjanin Transport hires company drivers to operate our trucks across Slovenia and the EU. This is a full-time driving position focused on staying active on the road with consistent work. We handle the coordination behind each run so drivers can focus on completing routes and maintaining steady movement.

  • Pay Structure

    Drivers earn a set daily rate for each day worked on the road, providing consistent and predictable income. All earnings are totaled and paid out monthly, giving drivers a clear view of what they’ve earned based on their time driving.

  • Rate Negotiation

    Our team manages load coordination and stays in contact throughout each run. Drivers receive clear direction and ongoing communication to help keep everything moving smoothly while on the road.

  • Driver Requirements

    We are hiring drivers from across the EU. Applicants must be eligible to operate commercial vehicles and meet standard driving requirements. For those who need it, Banjanin Transport can assist with obtaining a Slovenian work visa.
